RETURNS POLICY
Clear returns guidance for sealed Pokémon TCG products.
At EVOBREAK, all products are handled with care and securely packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Pokémon Trading Card Game products are durable by nature, and issues such as damage or faults are extremely uncommon.
However, if you do need to contact us regarding an order, we’re here to help.
Returns are assessed based on product condition, order details and whether the item remains fully sealed.
RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you wish to return an item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
- Products must remain fully sealed and untampered with.
- Items must be returned in a resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
OPENED ITEMS
Opened trading card products cannot be returned.
Due to the nature of trading card products, we cannot accept returns on any opened items.
- Booster packs cannot be returned once opened.
- Premium collection boxes and sealed products must remain fully sealed to be eligible for return.
- This policy protects product integrity and fairness for all customers.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
We’ll help resolve genuine order issues quickly.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives incorrect, please contact us within 14 days and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds are processed after inspection.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect.
Refunds are processed once returned items have been received and inspected. All refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several working days to appear depending on your payment provider.
Please check that your item meets the return criteria before sending anything back.
Items must be unused, unopened, sealed and suitable for resale.
EVOBREAK does not accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
